David LaChapelle’s Exhibition in Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei (The First Exhibition in Asia)
David LaChapelle (born March 11, 1963 in Fairfield, Connecticut) is a photographer and video/commercial/film director who works in the fields of fashion, advertising, and fine art photography, and is noted for his surreal, unique and often humorous style.
The old Taipei Government City Hall building is now designated an historic site and has been refurbished for the Museum of Contemporary Art – as the first museum in Taiwan to be dedicated exclusively to Contemporary Art.
